She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard Woodrow Jardine and Lorentze Jensen Jardine; and her siblings, Richard, Don, Robert, Leslie Jardine, Shirley Briggs and Bettie Morris.
She is survived by: her former husband Kenneth Robert Goodfellow; her children, Mark Robert Goodfellow and Kimberly Ann Goodfellow (Neil); her former husband Melvin John Cook; her sister Tamara Baker (Robbie); and her brother-in-law Dale Briggs. She is also survived by four grandchildren, nine great grandchildren and two great great grandchildren.
A graveside service was held on Friday, January 24th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Larkin Sunset Gardens (1950 E 10600 S, Sandy, UT 84092). A celebration of life was held on Saturday, January 25th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM. Covid lockdown was incredibly difficult for her.
