He was predeceased by: his parents, Lenord C. Izatt and Carma Jenkins Izatt; his former wife Barbara; and his brothers, Eugene and Sheldon Izatt.
He is survived by: his wife Brenda; his children, David Izatt (Faye), Robbie Hatch (Loralee), Jodi Coffman (Jason), Heather Izatt, Nicole Hamblin (J. R.) and Jeff Hatch (Jessica); and his sister Karlenna Deem (Richard). He is also survived by 22 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren.
Viewing was held on Wednesday, December 11th 2024 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Thursday, December 12th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 10:45 AM at the Cresent 4th Ward (1265 E 11000 S, Sandy, UT 84094). A funeral service was held on Thursday, December 12th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family is requesting donations be made to the Huntsman Cancer Center.
