She was predeceased by: her parent Ruby Carrell Call (Jack Carter). She is survived by: her husband Michael Kim McCarter; her children, Garrett McCarter (Chris) and Staci Meacham (Cole); her nieces, Kathleen Nishimura (Luther) and Jeannine Chia (Edward); her grandchildren, Kelsie Manley (Erik), Marlie Scott (Michael), Conner, Blake, Isaac, Riley (Kara), Mallory and Macy; and her great grandchildren, Bennett and Howie.
Visitation was held on Friday, January 10th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Larkin Sunset Gardens (1950 Dimple Dell Ln, Sandy, UT 84092). Viewing was held on Saturday, January 11th 2025 from 11:30 AM to 12:45 PM at the Pebble Hill Chapel (8735 Harvard Park Dr, Sandy, UT 84094). A funeral service was held on Saturday, January 11th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location. Beginning in 2016, Kim and Judy were privileged to serve as Guest Services Missionaries on Temple Square until that service was suspended by the COVID pandemic of 2020.
