In the sacred silence of farewell, Janice Betts is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that her light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of her loved ones. And as her memory is carried forward, may comfort be found in the knowledge that love is eternal, and that Janice Betts' spirit lives on in the beauty that surrounds us.
She was predeceased by: her parents, J. Arden Oliphant and A. Lucile Oliphant; her husband C. Kent Bennion; and her siblings, Joyce Oliphant Hoggan, Wheeler Oliphant and Roger Oliphant.
She is survived by: her children, Leslie Ann, Jeanie Bowerbank (Kim), Laura Oviatt (Mark) and Kenneth Betts (Robyn); and her brother Lincoln Oliphant.
Viewing was held on Tuesday, April 15th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Wednesday, April 16th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Wasatch Lawn Mortuary (3401 S Highland Dr, Millcreek, UT 84106). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, April 16th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
