She was predeceased by: her father Andrew Kim Smith. She is survived by: her daughters, Madeline Eva, Olivia Havana and Lauren Acadia; her husband Dan Caffee; her mother Julie Smith; and her siblings, Kristina Buskirk, Scott Smith and Jessica Thomander.
Viewing was held on Thursday, March 20th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM and on Friday, March 21st 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:45 AM at the Cottonwood Creek Stake Center of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints (1535 E Crk Rd, Sandy, UT 84093). A funeral service was held on Friday, March 21st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
