In the soft embrace of remembrance, we recall the profound impact Douglas Allen had on those he encountered along his journey. Though Douglas Allen may have slipped beyond the veil of mortality, his essence lingers like a faint fragrance in the air, a lingering reminder of the beauty and complexity of the human experience.
He is survived by: his wife Jacque; his daughter Brooke; his parents, YeVonne Neemeyer and Stanley Payne; his stepmother Toni Payne; and his siblings, David Payne and Summer Grider (Jason). He is also survived by numerous nieces, great-nieces, nephews, great-nephews, and one great-great niece.
A rosary was held on Friday, February 21st 2025 from 10:00 AM to 10:45 AM at the Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church (9757 S 1700 E, Sandy, UT 84092). A funeral Mass was held on Friday, February 21st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Friday, February 21st 2025 from 2:30 PM to 3:00 PM at the Larkin Sunset Gardens Cemetery (1950 Dimple Dell Ln, Sandy, UT 84092).
