He was predeceased by: his parents, Irvin John Cooke and Novella Adams; and his brother-in-law Robert Beckstead. He is survived by: his significant other Mary Ann Lortz; his sisters, Carole Reid (Don) and Candyce Beckstead; and his children, Casey (Heather Cooke) and Chelsea (Jeff Goble). He is also survived by his 9 grand-children, and 7 great-grandchildren.
