He is survived by: his wife Enga Lockhart; his children, Dalesse [Dan] Bowles, Clarissa [Brandon] Kelley and Paul [Melissa] Lockhart; his grandchildren, Andrew [Shanna] Bowles, Paul Bowles [Allex Costa], Seth [Stephanie] Bowles, Alexis [Connor] Pudenz, Morgan [Josh] Welschmeyer and Kendall [Trey] Jones; and his great grandchildren, Amberlyn, Julia, Dallen and Bennett.
Due to Bill showing signs of Parkinson disease, Bill and Enga sold their home in Missouri and moved to Utah in 2015, where they lived with Dalesse and her family for a few years.
