He was predeceased by: his parents, Dr. William Chester Roland, Sr. and Anne Hathaway Roland. He is survived by: his wife Sandy; his daughter Carrie (Jay Teddy); his sisters, Anne Metrailler and Kate Pease (Howard); and his grandchildren, Katherine and Jacob Kale. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
