He is survived by: his wife Joyce Moss; his children, Lisa Fotheringham (Paul), Reed Topham (Anna) and Maria Bowden (Kirk); his grandchildren, Jason, Scott, Tom and Megan Fotheringham; and his children, Will, Matt, Tyler Bowden, Austin, Cole and Finn Topham.

To honor Verl, contributions to the Utah Shakespeare Festival or the Verl Topham Scholarship at Westminster College are welcome.
