He is survived by: his wife Roberta Johnson; his sister Gayle Morris; his children, Layne Simmons (Deena), Dyke Simmons (Heather), Whitney Afoa (Sam) and Lachell Poffenberger (Bradd); his grandchildren, Reid (Jessica), Abby (Matt), Emma (Adolfo), Elizabeth, Nathan (Sawyer), Katelyn, Lance (Emily), Annika (Walter), Ty (Heather), Clay (Janae) and Hayley; and his great grandchildren, Kaysen, Bronson, Kenna, Moira, Milo, Brady, Cooper, Phoebe, Denver, Tessa, Lilyanne and Remy.
