He is survived by: his parents, Frank Bartlett and Beverly Bartlett; his wife Tracey; his son Chad (Amy); his grandsons, Kyle, Bridger, Jaden and Paxton; his siblings, Scott Bartlett (Kimberly) and Vicki Ausmus (Danny); his siblings-in-law, Tami Gladstone (Tom) and Wayne Joseph (Katrina); and also Brooklyn. He is also survived by his wife, their extended family and their many friends.
