He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard M. Hall and Vivian Hall; and his sisters, Josephine Mez, Mary Jane Hall and Margaret Hall.
He is survived by: his wife Jane; his children, Richard Jr. (Alis), Christie, Daniel (Jen) and Matthew (Madeliene); and his brothers, Mike (Lana) and Pat (Pam). He is also survived by six grandchildren.
A vigil service will be held on Thursday, January 30th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Starks Funeral Parlor (3651 S 900 E, Millcreek, UT 84106). A rosary will be held on Thursday, January 30th 2025 at 6:30 PM at the same location. A funeral Mass will be held on Friday, January 31st 2025 at 10:30 AM at the St. Ambrose Catholic Church (2315 E Redondo Ave, Salt Lake City, UT 84108).
