He was predeceased by: his parents, Don Dahlquist and Ruth Dahlquist; his son Lance; and his sister Jeanne. He is survived by: his wife Kathy Dahlquist; his daughter Keli Seder (Dan); his grandchildren, Ben, Brady, Kate, Nolan, Winnie and Tate; his stepchildren, Cory, Erica and Tabitha Rain; his mother-in-law Donna; and his sisters, Denise Ludlow, Diane O'Niel and Janet Bailey.

A celebration of life will be held on Friday, October 18th 2024 from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Knudson Park (6293 Holladay Blvd E, Holladay, UT 84121).
