He was predeceased by: his former wife Delores Jean Smith; his parents, Frank Smith and June Smith; his children, Shaun Smith and Leilani Smith; and his granddaughter Christina June.
He is survived by: his sister Linda Hansen; his wife Miriam Smith; his daughters, Rebecca Brown (Nathan) and Renee Deuel (Jeff); his foster daughter Debbie Devine (Bruce); and his grandchildren, Trevor, Robert Dean, Rachel, Abigail, Joshua, Jack, Shelby and Jordan. He is also survived by six great-grandchildren.
