He was predeceased by: his parents, Jesse Allen Bellew and Genieve Piepgrass Bellew. He is survived by: his wife Nancy Carter Thomas; his pet Lizzy; his sister Margaret Fairchild; his children, Karyn Bellew Steele, Dax and Flora Bellew; and his stepchildren, Tari Thomas, Kimberly McDaniels, Scott, Lorraine Thomas, Greg and Shelia Thomas. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren.
