He was predeceased by: his parents, John Kaspar Fetzer and Naomi Elizabeth Steenblik; his sister Louise; his brother-in-law Gordon Springer; and his grandson Samuel Vriens.
He is survived by: his wife Anne; his children, Krista Vriens (Taylor), Erik Fetzer (Laurel), Kate Santos (Colin) and Trisha Hill (Joe); his granddaughter Ellie Tschaggeny (Boyd); his children, Annie Tragante (Sam), Sara, Gracie Vriens, Cole Fetzer (Autumn), Nathan, Thomas, Lauren Fetzer, Ava, Dru, Lia, Rex, Ren Hill, Sophie, Nora and Hannah Santos; and his siblings, Janna Springer, Joan Hunt (Hollis), Carol Kusterle (John), Elaine Craven (Martin) and Wallace Fetzer (Laurel). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
