He was predeceased by: his parents, Jessie Rosco and Dora Richards Draper; his children, Peggy Barr and Chris Draper; and his grandson John Draper.
He is survived by: his wife Louise; his children, Kent (Teresa), Scott Draper (Jolene) and Susan Marshall (Boyd); and his daughter-in-law Afton Draper. He is also survived by 18 grandkids, 29 great-grand kids and 1 great, great grandson.
