She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Millington (Donna Millington) and Donna Arrowood; her stepfather Hal Arrowood; and her siblings, Bruce Millington, Jon Arrowood and Michelle Arrowood.
She is survived by: her husband Craig Chapman; her brother Robert Millington (Cathy Millington); her children, Alan, Alison (Billy Johnson) and Kimberly (Ben Lyne); her grandchildren, Lawrence, Azaria, Abi, Michelle, Laurel, Jack, Max, Janie, Devin, Lola, Gabriela, Angel, Sienna, Eva, Nate and Justin; and her great grandchild Isaac.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations to a charity close to Nancy's heart - National Kidney Foundation.
