He is survived by: his wife Anita Perry Douglas; his brother Wally Douglas (Suzie); his children, Scott Douglas, Maria Cude (Troy), Rick Douglas and Derik Douglas; and his grandchildren, Whitney Harris (Craig), Natalie Drewery (Aaron), Joshua Cude (Brooke), Aubrey Siddoway (Colby) and Ashley Johnson (Kash).
