He is survived by: his spouse BoTerre Sans Metcalf; his daughter Kerbe Boterre Havnes; his siblings, Lisa Carlson (Tom) and Michael; his niece Carly Jane Corlett (Ryan); and his aunt Ann Huish Stewart.
