He was predeceased by: his parents, Manousos Kounalakis and Aikaterinis Kounalakis. He is survived by: his wife Peggy Manos; and his children, Mark, Katina and Anthony. He is also survived by four grandchildren.
A funeral Mass was held on Wednesday, January 8th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Holy Trinity Church (279 S 300 W, Salt Lake City, UT 84101).
