It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Lois Jean Kearns (Salt Lake City, Utah), born in Rushville, Nebraska, who passed away on February 11, 2025, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Hiram Tiensvold and Loretta Tiensvold; and her sisters, Ginger Ragsdale and Shirley Mangan. She is survived by: her husband Jim; her sons, Jim D. (Maggie) and Dave (Kaye); her sister Beverly Kockrow (Dean); and her grandchildren, Kalhi, John (Katherine) and Michael. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
A celebration of life will be held on Thursday, March 13th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Starks Funeral Parlor (3651 S 900 E, Salt Lake City, UT 84106).
