She was predeceased by: her parents, William Leiter and Marjolet Leiter; her son Justin Niederhauser; and her brother William Leiter. She is survived by: her husband William Phillips; her siblings, Ann Butler (Dave), Stacey Gutierez (Trudy), Kelly Kitchens (Marline) and Gina Ames (Barry); and her children, Corey Niederhauser, Ben Niederhauser (Andrea), Nicolle Stockton (Robert) and Jennifer Vixaysack (Sam). She is also survived by 9 Grandkids and 4 Great Grandkids, aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews and many friends.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, March 12th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 11:45 AM at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints (4551 S 1200 E, Salt Lake City, UT 84117). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, March 12th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Wednesday, March 12th 2025 at 1075 E 4580 S, Millcreek, UT 84117.
