It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Kristine Susan Szugye (Salt Lake City, Utah), who passed away on January 3, 2024, at the age of 65, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parent Norma C. Madsen Jones; her stepfather Leslie Jones; her mother-in-law Eleanor Szugye; and her siblings, Shanna Reynolds and Robert Lee Kump.
She is survived by: her husband Joe Szugye; her children, Ashley Szugye (Dale Rillon), Amie Szugye (Bert Ekstrom), Sarah Fowden (Cole) and Anita Mitchell (Manuel Herrera); and her grandchildren, Lydia, Milo, Kingston, Isaac, Lucas, Effy, Devlyn and Lillian.
Of special note, Sue survived the pandemic with her sweet little kitty, Gumball.
