He was predeceased by: his father Odell Windsor Rice; his sister Karma Rice; and his brothers-in-law, Nyal L. Bender and Nicholas D. Randall. He is survived by: his wife Melinda Anne Kimball Rice; and his stepdaughter Lucinda Weight. He is also survived by his wife, stepdaughter, many family members, friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, February 28th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Saturday, March 1st 2025 from 10:00 AM to 10:45 AM at the Wasatch Lawn Mortuary (3401 S Highland Dr, Millcreek, UT 84106). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
