He is survived by: his significant other Norma Pol; his daughters, Elizabeth Ellsworth and Suzy Ellsworth-Jacobson (Dave); his grandchildren, Natasha and Xerria; and his sisters, Marie Hasselblad (Raymond) and Carol Tuiono (Tomasi). He is also survived by his wife, daughters, granddaughters.
