She was predeceased by: her parents, Harlan Edward and Isabell Stuart Parker Phillips; and her brother Robert A. Phillips. She is survived by: her husband Migel "Mike" M. Garcia; and her children, Sabrina Packard (Byron), Stevan Garcia (Tanya), Jarrett Garcia, Michaela Meravech and Christopher Garcia. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren and 24 great-grandchildren.
