He is survived by: his wife Isabel Arce; his children, Jose Luis Arce Jr., Miriam Tran and Fernando Arce; his grandchildren, Thalia Tran, Jazmine Arce, Luis Arturo Arce, Adrian Arce and Fernando Arce Jr.; and his sister Rosario.
