He was predeceased by: his parents, John Schenk (Jack) and Nelda Moore Schenk; and his son Mark Schenk. He is survived by: his wife Lana Eldredge; and his children, Lynda Schenk, Steve Schenk (DeeAnn), Tonja Schenk and Lara Schenk.
