He is survived by: his brother Albert Robert Neff (Marilyn); his children, Cherrill Oldroyd (Richard), Mark Neff (Shellee), Natalie Brinton (Richard), David Neff (Debra), Paul Neff (Kathie) and Claudette Gerard (Jack); and his caregivers, Mele and Fanguna (family: Ellen, Rose). He is also survived by 39 grandchildren and 97 great grandchildren.
