He was predeceased by: his wife Julie June Chadwick; and his stepfather George Washington Jessop. He is survived by: his parents, John Larry Chadwick and Carma Meriwether Chadwick; his stepmother Nancy Chadwick; his sister Amy Sheppard; his brother-in-law Roy Sheppard; his son John Brady Chadwick; and his sister Sara Love Albert. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins.
