She was predeceased by: her parents, Willetto Antonio and Lorena Antonio; and her siblings, Chris Clark, Collan, Mike, Steve and Tracy.

She is survived by: her husband Marty Hensley; her daughters, Angela Hensley and Rachel Wood; and her sisters, Pat, Nancy Elaina and Ursala.
