She was predeceased by: her parents, Fisher J. Smith and Marie Daynes Smith. She is survived by: her sister Karen Smith of Saint George; and her daughters, Shelly Millard (Ralph), Nancy Mackey (David) and Tami Relick (Jeffrey). She is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 16 great grandchildren.
