He was predeceased by: his mother Jacqueline Chappell; and his siblings, John Dineen and Sandee Dineen. He is survived by: his father James Chappell; his siblings, Richard Dineen, Cindy Lloyd, Shawna Mullins (Kim) and Kelli Kohler (Steve); and his daughter Alexa Chappell.
