She was predeceased by: her parents, Ray Russell and Shirley Russell; and her husband Kenneth Pagni. She is survived by: her children, G. Scott Ford, Jeffrey M. Ford (Alisha) and Heidi R Gordon (Floyd); her grandchildren, Anothy James Ford (Shelby), Tyson Chase, Sydney Vanessa Ford, Rylee Morgan Ford and Andrew Dane Ford; her great grandchildren, Drayden, Remi and Dezi Ford; and her siblings, Kenny (Linda) and Suzanne.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, May 10th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Wasatch Lawn Mortuary (3401 S Highland Dr, Millcreek, UT 84106).
In lieu of flowers, Jackie's wishes were for donations to the Huntsman Cancer Research Institute.
