She is survived by: her daughter Nikki Dee Stults (Eric Stults); her grandchildren, Kyle, Justin and Julie (Zach Turner); her son Tommy James Bentley; her grandsons, Tommy Joseph Berdale and Jacob Ray Glory; and her siblings, Christy, Shelly, Steve and Dusty.
