He was predeceased by: his parents, George Hibler and Elizabeth Hibler. He is survived by: his children, David (Hope Hibler), Liz (Joe Phillips), Mark (Becci Hibler) and Tricia (Chris Carson); his sister MaryLynn Cline; and his nieces and nephews, Michael, Robert Cline, Katherine and Alicia Cline. He is also survived by 24 grandchildren and 32 great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to Addicts to Athletes in Allen's honor.
