It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Effie (Garland) M. Broomhead (Salt Lake City, Utah), who passed away on January 2, 2019, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, William Clinton Garland and Lillie Arnold Garland; and her sisters, Gertrude Kloth and Faye DeLoach. She is survived by: her sisters, Ruby Garland (Tedd) of Johnson City, TN. and Betty Weatherman. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
