He was predeceased by: his parents, Christiaan Goebel and Francisca Horst Goebel. He is survived by: his wife Kathy; his siblings, Frances (Edward), Lenny and John (Beth); and his children, Matthew Goebel (Janalee), Elise Hafen (Jed), Amelia McRae (Logan), Andrea Erekson (J. Chad), Susie Johnson (Nathaniel), Christiaan Goebel (Stefanie) and Tessa Linford (Chris). He is also survived by 27 grandchildren.
A funeral service was held on Friday, April 4th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the Hillcrest 6th Ward (8485 S 1000 E, Sandy, UT 84094).
