She was predeceased by: her husband Phil E. Kotter; her brother LeRoy; and her sons, Kenneth and Steven Kotter. She is survived by: her sister Marilyn Ebert (Al); her sister-in-law Connie Milne; her niece Deborah Frustaci (Gerald); her nephew Michael Smith (Amanda); her great-nieces, Lisa Raines (James) and Tamara Wilson (Alex); and her great-nephew Scott Kotter. She is also survived by Thirty-one grandchildren, fifty-nine great grandchildren, and five great-great grandchildren.
Viewing was held on Monday, December 16th 2024 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Tuesday, December 17th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 10:45 AM. A funeral service was held on Tuesday, December 17th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the LDS Greenfield Ward Chapel (6350 Rodeo Ln, Salt Lake City, UT 84121).
