She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Martin; her children, Erin and David; her brothers, Gary and Mark Walker; her mother-in-law Katherine Hubbard; her brothers-in-law, Glen Turnley and John Rich; her parents, Don Walker and Jean Walker; her uncle Val; and her aunt Honey. She was also cherished by her nieces, nephews, grandnieces and grandnephews.
When the Covid epidemic changed the world and had such a heavy impact on education, she did her best to shift to new ways of getting the educational essentials to her students.
