She was predeceased by: her husband Ralph David Fowkes; her parents, Rhea Andreason and Wilford Andreason; and her siblings, Alvin and Bonnie.
She is survived by: her siblings, Marie Chatterton and Stanley Andreason; her children, Pennee White, Lynda Jones, Ralph David, Jr., Carmen Wagstaff (Dwayne) and Leslie Drage (Brent); and her grandchildren, Scott, Brad, Lisa, Adrienne, Eric, Dewey, Cissy, Shannon, Riley and Evan. She is also survived by her 11 great grandchildren.
