He was predeceased by: his parents, Almina Marie Sorensen and Harmon Hanson; and his daughter Tonya Kaye Hanson. He is survived by: his wife Janice Kaye Grow Hanson; his children, Jed Hanson (Blessing), Mindy Dean (James), Chad Hanson and Cody Hanson; and his caregiver Amanda Poulson.
Visitation will be held on Friday, February 28th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Saturday, March 1st 2025 from 10:30 AM to 11:45 AM. A funeral service will be held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints (8170 Short Hills Dr, Cottonwood Heights, UT 84121).
