He was predeceased by: his parents, David and Doris. He is survived by: his children, Natalie (Chris), Matt (Rachel) and Alyssa; his grandchildren, Amellia and Lila (Matt); and his siblings, Don (Dianna), Teri (Ned), Lori (Richard) and Sara.
