He was predeceased by: his brother Anton Johannes Christensen. He is survived by: his siblings, Mary Josephine Andersen, Ethel Peterson (Ross), Ernal Ledale Christensen (Una), Thelma Marie Lewis (Eugene), Alvin A. Christensen (Marjorie), Zina Blanch Rothchild (Fred), Clara Vione Davidson (Grant) and Hazel Gladys Mallory (Frank); his children, Sherie Ann Cox (Vaughn), Gayle Joan Morris and Gary Dean Christensen (Linda); his wife Lillian; and also Alvin. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren and 22 great grandchildren.

After a long wait, due to COVID, dad was able to go on the Honor Flight for veterans to Washington, DC.
