He was predeceased by: his father Lloyd C. McCusker; his brother Michael; and his sister-in-law Janice. He is survived by: his mother Roxanna J. McCusker; his wife Ladeane; his siblings, Kevin (Sherry), Jeff of Pappy's Service Station and Stacey (Carl); his daughter Chelsy; and his stepchildren, Cassandra (Brad), Chris (Heidi), Ryan and Kyle (Alicia). He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and grandchildren.

Viewing was held on Tuesday, April 15th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Jenkins-Soffe Funeral Home (1007 S Jordan Pkwy, South Jordan, UT 84095).
