He is survived by: his mother Fran Schaut (Chrisman) of Aurora, WI.; his wife Sharon Schaut (Hendrickson) of Iron Mountain, MI.; his daughter Sara Horsley (Jon); and his brothers, Joseph Schaut of Madison, WI and Steven Schaut (Jackie) of Aurora, WI. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
