It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dale Heywood Kingsbury (Salt Lake City, Utah), who passed away on October 1, 2018, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his parents, Kenneth Heywood Kingsbury and Orlean "Burningham" Kingsbury; and his pet Sparky. He is also survived by his Children, several Grandchildren, Great-Grandchildren, Brothers, Nieces, Nephews and many, many friends.
