She was predeceased by: her parents, William F. Carter and Sylvia L. Pearson; her husband Keith Welch; her brothers, Bill and Kyle Carter; and her son-in-law Morgan Andersen.
She is survived by: her children, Phil, Julie, Andrea and Winston; her brother Dan Carter; her sister-in-law Elizabeth Case; and her nieces and nephews, Phil Welch (Anita), Julie Andersen (Morgan), Andrea Mortensen (Brad) and Winston Welch (Cate). She is also survived by 13 grandchildren, and 22 great grandchildren.
